I love you talk about balancing ourselves, because some of our negative thoughts, feelings, and behaviors are there because we are not safe, and our mind is telling us that. Of course, this is not always true. Each thought and feeling needs to look at for what it is and isn't instead of stereotyping a thought or feeling. Thank you for this blog/article.
